North Shore Condominiums are comprised of 83 condominium units, individually owned by a diverse group of owners. Many owners live full time or part time at their homes and some rent periodically in accordance with our Master Deed and Bylaws. A minimum of 7 day rentals are always required.

Our properties are beautifully maintained with stunning pool, patio, and Lake Michigan Beachfront. We welcome new owners and guests. Our homes are not to be considered a lakefront resort or strictly a vacation rental property.

Safety and mutual enjoyment for all, conscientious use of our common areas will provide a great experience at North Shore Condominiums
